Frontpoint Health, a portfolio company of the private equity firms Cimarron Healthcare Capital and Tacoma Holdings, is an emerging provider of home health, hospice, palliative and personal care dedicated to improving the health system by decreasing operational costs and ensuring better patient outcomes. The organization is currently focusing its efforts on the state of Texas with three locations, One Point Health Services, Dignity Hospice and Highland Hospice.
