A Recent Survey Reveals That Customers Love Interacting With Inspirata’s Products and Team

Oncology informatics company Inspirata recently reached out to several hundred customer sites with an invitation to participate in a Customer Satisfaction survey. The company collected more than 60 responses, representing healthcare organizations varying in size, geography, and the Inspirata product they have been using. 

The survey results reveal a strikingly high percentage of Inspirata customers (92%) who express strong overall satisfaction. Putting this in terms of a well-understood and standardized metric, the company's net promoter score (NPS) stands at 56, which places Inspirata in the 100th percentile of the software industry, according to benchmarks on Delighted.com (a website run by Qualtrics, an industry-leader in market research technology). 

"We are delighted to see such a level of enthusiasm among our customers as we recognize how high an NPS of 56 compares to mainstay brands in healthcare technology. According to recent publicly available data, IQVIA has an NPS of 28, while Epic's NPS is 30. It is very exciting to see Inspirata comparing favorably against some of the largest players in the industry," said Emil Mladenov, VP of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Inspirata.

The high ratings can be attributed to customers' strong appreciation of both Inspirata's products and the support the Inspirata team is providing when needed.

On the product side, customers report their teams are experiencing average productivity gains between 45% and 50% from using Inspirata products. Nine out of 10 customers are satisfied with product stability.

"Inspirata's products are deeply rooted in AI and NLP technology that the company has been developing in collaboration with the NCI's SEER program and hundreds of healthcare institutions over two decades. Many other vendors offering AI or NLP still struggle with accuracy and reliability. This is why we are extremely proud to see less than 2% of our customers expressing concerns with the accuracy of our technology. "While very much pleased to see these results, my team and I are not surprised that customers recognize the accuracy and stability of our technology," said George Cernile, VP of AI and NLP Technology at Inspirata. "These results align closely with the Quality Control (QC) studies that we periodically do with our customers. For example, since the beginning of 2020, over more than 40 QC studies, we see sensitivity of 99% and specificity of 98%, with very little variation - only within several percentage points - across the various sites where our products are installed. That demonstrates successfully scaling the technology across different systems and physicians, which can be a significant challenge for most AI and NLP solutions."

On the customer support side, 96% of customers who had needed help are satisfied with the services provided by the Inspirata team. This is further evidenced by extremely positive quotes provided by survey respondents, such as the following two examples:

  • "I love the level of customer service that Inspirata provides." - A verbatim quote from a user at a Georgia-based medical center.
  • "The customer service has been top notch every time I have needed to contact them." - a verbatim quote from a user at a university hospital in New Jersey.

Mark Hamill would be fine if they recast Luke Skywalker with an age-appropriate actor instead of using de-aging/deep-fake.

Before Mark Hamill made his return as Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the last time we saw the character was in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Given the decades of history that took place between those two movies, it’s only natural that Lucasfilm would want to explore it. We’ve seen bits and pieces of that story play out in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett with a digital/deep-fake Luke Skywalker, but Mark Hamill told Esquire that it would be fine if they just recast the character with someone age-appropriate.

People say, ‘Oh, now you’re going to be able to do a whole series of Luke post-Return of the Jedi.’ I said, ‘I don’t think so,’” Mark Hamill said. “First of all, they don’t need to tell those stories, but if they do, they could get an age-appropriate actor.” It would certainly cut down on costs, as Hamill added that the digital Luke Skywalker “can’t be cheap.

When Mark Hamill read the script for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, he thought, “Ok, well, that’s it for me.” He then began the process of “disengaging from something that’s been a part of your life.” Of course, he wound up returning as a Force Ghost in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, but he hadn’t anticipated playing the role again until The Mandalorian came calling. With one of the new Star Wars movies taking place 15 years after The Rise of Skywalker as Rey (Daisy Ridley) attempts to rebuild the Jedi Order, it’s possible that Mark Hamill could return as Luke Skywalker once again, but Hamill isn’t about to confirm anything. “One thing you learn working for Lucasfilm: everything is confidential,” Hamill said. “Everything is confidential. So, if I were involved, I wouldn’t be able to tell you. And if I were not involved, I wouldn’t be able to tell you. So, I don’t know. We’ll all find out together, I guess.

HBO’s Head of Drama Francesca Orsi says that Euphoria season 3 may not debut until 2025 as result of WGA strike.

The second season of HBO’s Euphoria concluded more than a year ago, but fans will have to wait longer than expected for season 3.

HBO’s Head of Drama Francesca Orsi told Deadline that Euphoria season 3 is one of many shows impacted by the WGA strike and may not debut until 2025. “Euphoria is one of those that we had begun writing in tandem with post-production on Idol but at this point, we don’t have countless scripts,” Orsi said. “We can’t start shooting, so the delivery of that show — ideally in 2025 — will be determined on when we can pick back up with Sam [Levinson], who at this point is all pencils down and just finishing posts on Idol.

Euphoria is far from the only HBO series affected by the strike, although Orsi says that it’s still “too early to tell” exactly how previously announced scheduling plans will change. “We were looking at The Last Of Us for some time in 2025,” Orsi said. “And The White Lotus was ideally looking to go in 2024 but there’s some question about timing of the strike.” She continued: “While everything at this moment is pencils down, I’m hopeful that we can come to terms sooner than later. Otherwise we will have to assess what is the end of the 24 schedule, what are the shows that are going to be delivered for 2025. At this point, those shows that I’m looking to air wouldn’t necessarily be ready if this strike last six to nine months. So yes, that’s a big question for us, but I think we’ll cross that road once we come to it.

Euphoria follows a group of high school students as they navigate drugs, sex, identity, trauma, social media, love and friendship. The show has become one of HBO’s most-watched series. Sam Levinson’s next series is The Idol, a drama which follows an aspiring pop idol (Lily-Rose Depp) who, after having a nervous breakdown that causes her last tour to be canceled, resolves to reclaim her title as the sexiest pop star in America and begins a complex relationship with Tedros (Abel Tesfaye), a self-help guru and the head of a contemporary cult. The series is said to rival Euphoria when it comes to shocking content, so I’d imagine that plenty will be turning out to view the series when it debuts on HBO on June 4th.

The video finds Karen Gillan explaining the Nebula makeup process, making her way through the set, and shooting scenes. If you haven’t seen the movie, there are a few spoilery moments, so be warned.

Juneteenth - also known as "Juneteenth Independence Day" or "Freedom Day" - is a holiday that commemorates the June 19, 1865, announcement of the abolition of slavery in Galveston, Texas, and, more generally, the emancipation of African American slaves throughout the Confederate South. The state official celebration is generally celebrated on June 19th and is now recognized as a national holiday. Juneteenth symbolically serves as a reference point from which to measure and appreciate the progress and contributions made by African Americans to society.

Now in its 14th year, the Juneteenth NY Celebration is one of the longest-running events commemorating Juneteenth and the preeminent celebration of the holiday in the Tri-State area. Located in Brooklyn, the first Juneteenth NY Celebration was held in East New York and hosted by George Walker Jr. in 2009 with Umoja Events entrusted to carry on the Celebration in 2011. The Celebration was designed to celebrate and empower the Black community. Each year features a theme that seeks to educate the Black community on its history while also changing the narrative of the devastating impact of slavery.

In alignment with this mission, Free Country will be donating 10% of its sales proceeds to The Fresh Air Fund from Sunday, June 11th, to Saturday, June 17th. The new location builds on Safety Training Seminars' reputation of offering flexible, affordable certification paths in CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS across California.

Safety Training Seminars, an official American Heart Association© (AHA) Training Center in California, has opened a new training center in Santa Cruz, CA. The Santa Cruz CPR training center is located at 1515 Capitola Road, Suite G, Santa Cruz, CA 95062. The location serves professionals in Santa Cruz, Soquel, & Watsonville seeking lifesaving training programs and offers a flexible schedule of daily classes to meet the needs of busy professionals.

Safety Training Seminars' training programs in Santa Cruz include new and renewal certification courses in CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Each class offers a flexible blend of online learning components and on-site skills testing. All courses are AHA compliant and result in initial or renewal certification. 

ACLS Renewal courses offer initial and renewal certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Attendees learn about continuous, high-quality CPR and how to administer it correctly. The program is designed for professionals responding to cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. 

CPR & First-aid classes are designed for a wide variety of participants who may respond to emergencies, including teachers, babysitters, grandparents, supervisors, and others. Students learn proper CPR for infants, children, and adults. The courses lead to initial or renewal certification. BLS CPR Provider Heartcode courses are offered for new or renewal certification. They help attendees identify and respond to life-threatening emergencies, properly administer chest compressions, perform ventilation, and use AEDs. 

PALS Courses are designed for those working in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care, and critical care units. Each course is designed to meet the criteria for initial or renewal certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support courses help attendees recognize emergencies and administer lifesaving treatments in infants and children.
